Our Emergency Department is the premier facility for ophthalmic and ENT emergencies in Victoria caring for over 120 patients per day. You will support the Reception area through accurate and timely data entry, responding to incoming phone calls, providing prompt information to patients who present at Reception and by performing general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth workflow of the department.
Previous administrative/clerical experience is essential, as well as computer literacy, accuracy and excellent communication skills.
